Our technicians have faced some extreme and unacceptable situations—having guns pulled on them, being threatened with dogs, followed to their vehicles with threats and pounding on windows, complaints to the Attorney General that go nowhere, and even dealing with baseless accusations on social media claiming we’re running a scam. Thankfully, administrators on these platforms, who have known us for years, have stepped in to remove such false complaints. We’ve also been threatened with lawsuits for trespassing and, on occasion, had the police called on us.
It’s incredibly frustrating that some people don’t pay attention to what they’ve agreed to, especially after receiving clear texts and emails about our services. Our technicians have done nothing wrong; they are simply doing the job that our customers have requested they do.
