Sprinkler Blowouts For Monday, October 28, 2024

We will be making our first appearance in Boise 83713 today, handling about two-thirds of the requests before resuming our regular area routes. As many of our long-time customers know, we make multiple trips across the valley, and each pass gets a little faster as we wind down and close off different zip codes to new requests. Meridian is always a high-demand area, so when we had more technicians, we kept one stationed there full-time while rotating others in and out. However, we won’t be able to dedicate a tech to Meridian until we bring on another team member, and we currently have a 19-year veteran of sprinkler systems training with Jesse tomorrow to the Way of the Jedi. (Our way) We will continue rotating rigs in and out of Meridian in the meantime.

Additionally, a late signup from Middleton came in just before we closed that area, so we’ll take care of it while we’re in Star today. We’ve now closed Star to new requests and are referring any new requests for Caldwell, Middleton, and Star to our friend and competitor, Dave Meine. We often get asked why we don’t stay in one area until it’s finished. If we did that—say, in Meridian or Boise 83709—we’d never leave, and other areas wouldn’t get attention. For example, we completed 54 jobs in Boise 83716 within the first few days we were out this season, and now there are 46 new requests in that same zip code.
