Sprinkler Blowouts For Monday, November 4, 2024

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Justin will not be on his route today, as he stayed with his father, who was admitted to the hospital yesterday. His father is expected to be released today, and Justin will resume his route tomorrow (Tuesday). END OF UPDATE

A few customers ask us about our routing and scheduling process each year. While we’d love to share, we must keep that information confidential. With nearly 5,000 requests a season, our efficient routing is a significant advantage in Sprinkler Blowout Land, and our competitors would love to know how we do it.

Some competitors have even resorted to showing up at properties, pretending to be us, and claiming that our credit card system is down to collect cash payments. Others have copied parts of our approach that we’ve shared online, from our terms of service to our payment schedule and pricing adjustments.

We name each machine and give our team members ID badges to protect our customers and brand and ensure easy identification. This way, you can be confident that you’re working with our trusted team. If you have questions about whether someone from The Maintenance Shop has visited your property, text me, and I’ll confirm.

Today is Anthony’s first day working solo, so if he’s on your route, please join us in welcoming him to the team! With four rigs now on the ground, we’re hopeful everything runs smoothly and we can soon fill at least one more technician position.

We’re more than halfway through the season and have completed over half of our current blowout list. However, new requests and some cancellations continue to come in daily.

Had the pleasure of having Anthony do our blowout this year. Guy was quick, fast, and very polite. I’m positive he noticed i had just woken up and didn’t try to have a bunch of chit chat with me and just got the job done. See you guys next fall, thank you!
