Some of our customers are still getting confused about what service they need, so I going to post it here. It is the same information that is on our site, the form, and in the terms of service, but I can elaborate a little more here:
Package A:
We turn the water on ONLY. That’s it. Nothing else other than if a zone comes on automatically that we can’t shut off or there is a major leak we turn it back off again.
Package B:
We turn the water on AND go through all the zones and make MINOR adjustments. We need timer access for this one so we can make sure the zones come on properly. If the timer isn’t available at the time of service, we will check the zones manually. Customers will have to run through the zones with the timer themselves if we do not have access to it. Repairs are NOT included in this package. Head replacement, nozzle replacement, and other repairs will be the cost of materials and labor to make the repair.
Package C:
Same as “Package A” but we also do a backflow test. That’s it.
Package D:
Same as “Package B” but also includes a backflow test.
In Addition
If we get to your property and find you have a backflow preventer assembly that is close to or more than a year behind being tested, and it wasn’t on your request, you will be encouraged by our technician to get it done while we are there. Otherwise, we are required by law to report it to your water purveyor. (Suez, Capital, Meridian Water, Eagle Water, etc.)
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your service, you must do it before we are to arrive at your property to avoid the trip charge as outlined in the terms of service. You can cancel here: https://forms.gle/puK8LVtGyiv3sZb86
Today’s route:
And we’re off! Jacob will be doing sprinkler start-ups in the Boise 83716 Monday. Make sure we have total access to your yard in accordance with the package you chose as listed above. At this point, we only have about 18, but some of them are Package D’s which do take a bit longer since it is a turn-on, zone and head check, and a backflow test. Any that aren’t completed today will be done on Tuesday before starting the 83712. Wednesday or Thursday we may team up on city and well systems to get them completed a little faster. Here is Jacob’s route for Monday in street order:
E Opus St
E Rubicon Dr
E Pineridge Dr
E Anemone Ct
E Eastgate Dr

I will be busy in the field doing repair estimates and some Package A and Package C start-ups since they are either turn-on only or turn-on with backflow tests that shouldn’t tie me up too much. My area for the day will be the Meridian 83642 and 83646, and Boise 83713. If I have time left I will go to a few other areas for Package A and C. Here are my streets for the day in order of visitation:
W Radial Ct
W Delmar Dr
NW 8th St
W Criterion
W Hanover Ct
N Meadowglen Pl
N Bryson Rd
Wampum Dr
N Summertree Way
Steve,
How do I check to see if my request was delivered to your mail box? I am in Meridian (83642) and cannot see anything regarding my ZIP or street name.
Thank You,
Rick A
