Well, another day that didn’t go that well, but this is typical as we get to the end of the season. Much of our sprinkler blowouts at toward the end of the season are filled with problem blowouts. Ones that we have visited before that have serious system issues and are hard to blow out. Our intention is to make our rounds to give it another try, but sometimes we need more than good intentions to do the job. For example, almost half of the stops on Trevor’s route today are ones that we either couldn’t do because of locked gates, couldn’t find everything we needed, or there are serious system issues.
If we cannot get access or find everything we need the tech will call to get information. They generally do NOT leave messages, so if you are expecting a blowout be sure to answer your phone if possible to do so. There is no point in them leaving messages and HOPE someone will call them back immediately. They have to keep moving or they won’t get their routes completed.
We are going to be all over the map again today. We are almost 98% complete with 77 sprinkler blowouts remaining. Some of those remaining are ones that we just won’t be able to do because of system problems, but we leave them in the count until the very last minute in case the issues are repaired. All the repairs needed on these systems we can do, but unfortunately with nearly 4,000 sprinkler blowout requests doing any other repairs is impossible.
Even with the issues we faced yesterday, we should still be able to finish any remaining blowouts that aren’t on today’s route on Monday. So as a reminder, we will have a 4-day holiday break from Thanksgiving through the weekend and resume on Monday. If you don’t see your zip code on the schedule, not to worry. All remaining zip codes will be done on Monday, as well as any “stragglers” in other zip codes we have been to this time around. We won’t have Jerry with us on Monday, but Jesse and Trevor will still be at it.
Once sprinkler blowouts are complete we have other jobs to tend to including a water heater replacement, roof vent replacements, several interior doors and jambs to replace, as well as several dryer vent cleanouts among other things.

This is for the service that was requested for (removed by admin) You have to enter the homes from the lane behind the houses and pass in the side yard to the front of the house where the connection is in the ground. If you are diner the day, will you be here on Monday for sure?
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you over the holiday. Your sprinkler blowout was completed the day before Thanksgiving. Hope to see you again next year!
