The guys had a rough start this morning getting the compressors going. For all of you long-time readers and customers, you probably remember me saying before that in this cold weather piping underground is safe for several weeks, but our machines are not so lucky. Condensation inside the hose freezes where no air can get out and we have to thaw out the ice by leaving the pressure on and heating up the metal end with our fitting in place by placing it near the compressor exhaust. As the ice melts the pressure forces it out of the business end of the hose. This can take a while and can be dangerous if ice shoots out at a high rate of speed and hits the technician.
Because of this problem I have authorized the techs to start at 10 a.m. instead of 8 a.m. to give it a chance to warm up a bit outside. That is optional. The techs can start earlier than that if they want as long as they do their best to finish their routes by dark or a little after.

Hey, thanks for the hard work you and your crew are doing. Just checking, I didn’t receive the email either. Checked all my accounts that I have to include the spam folder
We have your request. I don’t know why you didn’t receive the email.
Hello, I was wondering if I’m still on your request list? You mentioned you sent out emails to all remaining costumer’s I did not receive one.
Thank you Robin
Yes, we have your request. We sent out over 600 emails and have had a few say they didn’t get it. Some were traced back to them having a typo in their email when they sent in their request, but the others I don’t know. We send them out, but it is up to your email service provider to let them through or send them to a junk email folder.
Hi, I’m wondering if I’m still on your request list (White Cliff 83709)? I did not see an email come through and want to make sure I’m scheduled, thanks.
Yes, you are on our list. No one leaves our list until the job is either complete or is canceled by the customer using our cancellation form.
Hi Steven, can verify that I am on the list too. I emailed yesterday to ask, but haven’t heard back. I also did not receive the email. Thanks!
Yes, you are on our list. It can take forever for me to get to all the emails. The best way to contact me is through text which I monitor all day long.
I just got my blowout done today. Thank you for the service. I have a followup question. After the blowup is done is it best for the test cocks, shutoffs and valve solenoids all to be set back to the positions in the winterization pictures on your site, or is anything set differently after the blowout? I have a DC back-flow.
The test cocks and valves need to be placed at a 45-degree angle and left that way until it is time to start up the system again.
