We sent out an email with information regarding our scheduling, cancellations, and other important info. As expected, we received a lot of cancellations and it is quite evident that many customers do not read the terms of service they are agreeing to. This is why we sent out the email. We do not like to have invoice for non-cancellations, but we also don’t like going to properties that no longer need our services. It wastes time, and customer’s money if they haven’t went through the proper cancellation channels. If you did not receive your email let me know and I will see that you get it.
I will be working on the calendar for the next few days, but as I have stated before it is subject to change. Keep an eye on changes.
For today Jacob, Jesse, and I will be in the Nampa 83686. I won’t be posting a route because when all three of us are in an area we have one starting at the top of the route, one working the bottom up, and one in the middle. We expect to have two rigs in the Nampa 83686 on Tuesday as well, and the third rig in the Meridian 83642.

We generally don’t take pre-pay for sprinkler blowouts. We did for a short time in Meridian, but that didn’t turn out too well because we intended on getting the them early as an experiment, but it took too long for irrigation to be shut down so we had to move on to other areas. When I created the request I didn’t get to read the terms thoroughly until it was sent off. Then it popped up and I was able to see how you schedule . I am just needing to know a day, not a time as to when you would be in my area. If it can’t be done this week then I would have to cancel. Carla, you put in your request the day we were in Caldwell with our route already in place. We won’t be back to that area for 2-3 weeks

The Meridian 83646, Meridian 83642, and Boise 83709 will not be “finished up” until the end of the season when we finally decide to stop taking requests the first week of December. We will get requests from those 3 zip codes into January if we let it go on that long

If you are in the 83686 zip code then you were missed because you put the 83687 on your sign-up form so you are with that group

We only have one calendar page on our site. Look at the bottom of the sprinkler blowout form page. It is quite easy to see I think since it is in all caps with HUGE letters

I’ve emailed two times in last 2 weeks to make sure you guys can come back to finish my sprinkler blowout when you come through 83714 again and haven’t had a response… so maybe I’ll have better luck here? Jacob came once and my main valve was full of water but he turned the valve and told me to email if the water was gone in few days and it was. I know your busy, just making sure I’m still on your radar!
