We are behind schedule, so I had to make some adjustments to our calendar. We were originally going to have 3 rigs in the 83716 today, but had to make a change and put 2 rigs in Eagle and 1 in the 83716. That has thrown of our plan for the rest of the week, but the calendar is now updated to reflect what we are going to TRY to do.
Jesse cleaned up the Nampa 83687 yesterday except for new ones that have come in within the last 2 days. We will have to get them our next trip if they haven’t cancelled. Otherwise we would stay in one area the entire time and not get anything else accomplished. There were only a few he couldn’t do because of locked gates, so they will have to wait until next round as well.
Steve, do you have any idea when you will be in my area at 83646 Tustin Subdivision? I’d appreciate a feedback.
I can’t tell you when we will be in that subdivision, because we do not route our stops by subdivision. We route them according to our starting point, which is our home office in Meridian, and work our way around with the next closest stop and so on. Once we get back to Meridian it will go fairly quickly since we have so many close together, and we will be running 3 rigs at a time on each visit. Once we clean up some more of the outer areas we will be concentrating solely on the Boise 83709 and all of Meridian.
Does this mean 83616 isn’t getting serviced this week? Getting worried with these cold temps that I need this blowout done soon.
We were in Eagle on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and will be in Eagle on Tuesday as well
This company is unorganized. Please hire a call center for people that are older and can’t use the internet that well. I rather talk to someone over the phone then wait for a reply that I could miss or over look. Also have a link to your calendar in the main menu. I cannot find it.
We have considered utilizing a call center, but with the types of questions that are asked no one at a call center would be able to answer them properly. Especially technical questions. And we are QUITE organized; thank you. So organized in fact that some other companies are starting to steal our ideas and put them into use. If we weren’t organized, we wouldn’t be able to track, invoice, and carry out 2,500+ sprinkler blowouts in 7-8 weeks with a very low margin of error. We have completed 1,200 blowouts in the last 4 weeks. That’s an average of almost 43 per day.
As for our calendar, the text and link are HUGE, and on three different pages of our site. All the sprinkler pages, and on the bottom of the page where you signed up.
Steve,
Ron asked if 83716 area is going to be done this week and your reply did not answer his question. I’m in 83716 also and have watched us get pushed back a number of times. Since this is the first time doing business with you I want to be here when you show up to make sure all goes well. I have rearranged my schedule a number of times according your calendar and have been disappointed with a no show by you each time. I need to know today one way our the other if you can commit to getting 83716 done this week.
Thank You
Steve
Your house will is on the route for today before I head to the 83705
Has XXXX Andrew Creek been done?
No, but it is on our list. You will get a notification when we will be there, another notification that it is completed, and an invoice in your email once completed if you aren’t home at the time of service.
found your flashlight. will get it up off the ground and put it on the front window shelf.
Thanks, Steve. Turns out I have to go back out that way this morning, so I will swing by after.
