I tried to stick to our calendar, but we are already in need of a change. We had initially planned on being in the Meridian 83646 for the first three days, but there is so much in Meridian on pressurized irrigation that hasn’t been shut down yet we were spinning our wheels yesterday. We are going to give them a little time to shut down and then work them back into our schedule.
We still want to take care of the areas on city water, pumps, or wells while we are waiting on the pressurized irrigation to shut down, so today I am sending Jacob and Jesse to the Boise 83716.
It’s already 3:00 a.m. and I am just now finishing up the routing because of all the other things I have to do to prep for each day for sprinkler blowouts. With new requests coming in, dealing with cancellations, invoicing for work completed, texts, emails, to customers answering their questions, etc., it takes a lot of time out of my evenings.
Being as late (early) as it is, I am going to stay home today and do paperwork after some much-needed sleep. We would generally have 3 machines running but Jesse’s truck is still in the shop so we are running two machines. Hopefully, he gets his truck back by the end of the day today so we can get three machines on the road for Wednesday. Jesse will be driving my service rig and pulling our largest compressor.
I will update the calendar today as well as I get more info in from our customers as to when their pressurized irrigation will be shutting down.
I will have Jacob start on one end of the route while Jesse starts on the other end and eventually meet in the middle. There isn’t enough time to clean up and post an image of the route, but if you have signed up in the 83716 zip code your blowout should be done today barring any system issues along the way. We currently have 43 in the zip code to take care of.
I know you are super busy. This is my first year with you all. I happened to notice that the map posted yesterday had the path go near our street, but circled it without showing us on the line. Our address is (Removed by Admin) NW 10th Ave. Meridian, ID 83646.
No rush, I just wanted to make sure we are still on the schedule. It’s hard to get someone booked last minute.
We were working homes and businesses that we knew are on city water since those on irrigation (no backflow preventers) can go 6 weeks or more without freezing as long as piping isn’t above ground. We are letting the irrigation districts catch up a little by working city water areas for a while.
I know you are all very busy especially with the early cold temperatures. When will you be doing 83642 Meridian. We had our rental property on Kimra on the list. Not sure if it has been done yet. Thank you again
We haven’t been to Kimra yet.
