Today marks the opening day for all services related to sprinklers, lawns, and backflow at our company. While we’re still tying up some loose ends, Jesse will initially be engaged in other projects for the first few days. However, Brian will be dedicated to conducting sprinkler Startup Package A, Package C services, and backflow tests for those not attached to any specific package.
Package C and a standalone backflow test offer the same service. For the start of the season, Package A and Package C services will cater to customers using city or well water for their sprinkler systems. We plan to integrate Package D customers into our service lineup by the end of the week.
Since Brian is licensed to test backflow preventers, he will be servicing both Package C and Package D customers and handling Package A customers. Meanwhile, Jesse will primarily focus on attending to Package A and Package B customers who do not require a backflow test.
Jesse will conduct startup services and lawn aerations on the same route, as some of our customers have opted for both. As per our standard practice, any significant repairs will be scheduled alongside our other tasks, prioritized according to the urgency of the matter.
Here is Brian’s route for today in the 83702, 83704, 83705, 83706, 83713 & 83716:

The technician(s) must adhere strictly to the package specified on the sign-up sheet. This applies particularly to Brian, who is currently focused on completing backflow tests. He won’t have the necessary tools and materials to perform other tasks. Our routes are planned based on the estimated time required for each job to be finished. Any deviation from the requested services may necessitate rescheduling for a later time.
