Michael, at this point it will either be the 19th or 20th, but that is subject to change depending on what transpires between now and then.
Hi, I did not seen a new map for today posted on your blog. I am wondering if you took the today off since it is Veterans day. Today would be a great day to be with friends and family.

Jennifer, I am a veteran, and worked the entire day. A map was posted for the day to let our customers know where we would be. Many saw the map and commented on it throughout the day. Not sure why it didn’t show for you.

Canceling is not a problem. It allows me to reach our other customers faster. The majority of the homes we visit have dogs in their back yard. I am curious though as since you were also a customer last year you were already aware that we do not schedule appointments. Also, with it clearly stating on our site and in the Terms of Service you agreed to, that we do not schedule appointments, since an appointment is needed why you signed up with us in the first place.
I am in 83709 and I will leave the gate open and the back garage door. Do I leave the money?? Do you know what day?? Thanks
Hi Ashley. You can leave cash or a check on the timer if you’d like, or we will send you an invoice by email as said in our Terms Of Service. Not sure of the day yet, but will either be Saturday or Sunday.

Kaylynn, I am a day behind what I had originally scheduled because of all the new requests that have come in, so it appears that I will be back in the 83713 again on the 16th and 17th, and possible the morning of the 18th. Then it is off to Eagle for a few days.
I am also in the 83713 zipcode and am glad to hear you will be in this area next week. Do you send an invoice via email??? How do we pay once you have done the blowout? Thanks for your help!
Pamela, as stated in our Terms Of Service, if you are not at home at the time of your sprinkler blowout an invoice will arrive in the email that you signed up with. Payments we accept are cash, checks, credit cards, PayPal, cars, ATV’s, boats, etc. 🙂

This blog is not a good place to give cancellations, because it can easily be missed. As stated in our Terms Of Service, we currently take cancellations by voice mail, email, and text. Email and texts are the best way, because they will be seen sooner. During this hectic time of year it may be a few days before we get to all the voicemail we receive.
